hi,

let’s turn off windows firewall , temporarily disable security software, try ping windows server 2008 r2 windows server 2003. firstly, ping ip address. if can ping ip address without problems, please configure network card enable netbios on tcp/ip, ping computer name. meanwhile, configure vpn setting uncheck option “use default gateway on remote desktop”.

if issue persists, please run command: ipconfig /all to display network configuration, run command: net share display shared folder.

best regards

dale
