we have 2 (two) windows server 2008 r2 ts server. servers joined ts broker server. clients has different printer models connected thinclients locally. when he/she connect ts servers , default printer not redirect  ts session.  after reboot ts server or spooler services, clients (logoff logon) print normally. how can fix problem?

hi,

first, easy print not guaranteed work printers.you first need confirm vendor compatibility issue.

·check official website of printer , install updated printer driver supporting easy print printer.(also consider update thin client firmware version if necessary)

·update driver network adapter on both server , client side.

if easy printer driver not suppported printers, then suggest read adding printers manually , binding them: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc775141.aspx

using remote desktop easy print in windows 7 , windows server 2008 r2 (troubleshooting):
