For October patches, will the Security Only Update contain .Net Security patches?

as knows, ms changing server os patching single patch rollup starting october 2016.

we need understand if option 1 "security update - collects of security patches month single update" contain option 3 ".net framework security-only update" ?

option 1 use word "all" referring security patches, if taken literally, seem include option 3.

but, way broke things 4 rollups, seem logical option 3 not subset of option 1, , you'd need apply both if wanted general os security updates , .net security updates.

this important distinction of developers support , need definitive answer asap.

i having query, did answer ?  security quality update included .net updates?

no official answer, no documentation.  come on microsoft.
