Group Policy Drive Mapping Help


i trying map network drives through gpo.  i use groups this.   have been using aduc target right user , map network drive.  the problem facing drives dosnt seem mapping.  anyone know how can find out problem is? 

i did gpresut /v    i noticed policy being applied no drives being mapped.

group policy preferences, new windows server 2008 operating system, include more 20 new group policy extensions expand range of configurable settings within group policy object (gpo).

system requirement use group policy preference:

  1. install the set of client-side extensions (cses) on client computers. supported operating systems: windows vista rtm or later, windows xp service pack 2 or later, windows server 2003 service pack 1 or later

  2. install the xmllite low-level xml parser on client computers not running windows vista.
  3. if running windows server 2008, use group policy management editor window of gpmc configure group policy preferences. no download required in case, because group policy preferences included gpmc in windows server 2008. information how view group policy preferences, see next section, "viewing group policy preferences."
