RemoteApp (SAP GUI) windows are sometimes losing focus with screens that pop-up

hello all,

we've started migrating of our servers microsoft windows server 2003 , microsoft windows server 2008 microsoft windows server 2008 r2, we're encountering issues while using remoteapp. every few minutes application loses it's focus , once people unable continue work. pressing ctrl-alt-end , pressing cancel solves issue , works workaround unacceptable solution, because happens every few minutes. i've read on fact has z-ordering , wondering if there fix issue yet.

things we've tried:

- installing microsoft updates
- installing sap gui (7.20) patch levels , hotfixes
- various registry edits discussed in various topics on forum:

we know when there update fixes these issue, can go on , continue migration, because current situation unworkable , unacceptable

whether using remoteapp program on windows xp, windows vista, or windows server 2008-based client computer. if so, please apply following kb see if same issue still exists.
