VPN server. Split internet and intranet tunneling

after clients use virtual private network (vpn) connection log on server (windows server 2008 r2) running routing , remote access, clients may unable connect internet. understand can configure vpn client tcp/ip properties, , disable use default gateway on remote network setting in vpn dial-up connection item on client computer. have more 20 clients , live in diferent country's. , question, can server side ? server without ad , gpo.

then can share internet connection @ server side coming vpn client procedures on rras server let access internet going thought internet connect @ server side instead own . can read procedures form old thread below:

using classless static routes dhcp option option have if issue address via dhcp.
suggest customize vpn client specifying routing entries cmak , distribute user through internet .

i have domain server windows 2000 sp4. my clients using win xp , win 98. when send messages computer management-shared folders-rightclick-all task-send message connected users, message received clients using winxp but not in  win 98 .how send them without winpopup  , net meeting. this forum windows server 2008.   check messenger service running on win98-clients.
