A RemoteApp application main window takes the focus after the applications windows are maximized in Windows

hello,

i have issue in title, rds hosts updated windows 2012 r2. pcs windows 7 sp1, of them 32 bits , of them 64.

i tried download hotfix: support.microsoft.com/en-ca/kb/2862019 link broken. because it's included in update? if so, one?
