Hyper-V after clean install of OS

windows 10 (hyper-v manager 10.0.10586.0)

for reason, had make clean install of os.
hyper-v settings pointed out disk volume virtual hard disks , virtual machines, these ok , intact.
(i cannot see way keep virtual switches etc. though)

i assume "must" possible "hook into" these 2 locations again after clean install of os, failed see how.
(neither can see backup help).

a zillion people "must" have experienced (and solved ?), please tell me how solve if possible :)

server manager error: ADAM.events.xml could not be enumerated.
