Login to domain account when not connected to network?

hey!

so, 1 of users on network has laptop.

i want make signs onto domain when @ work... , profile stored in users$/%username% folder on server... want when takes laptop home, can still login same credentials , have appear same if @ work... without vpn (because has no internet connection).

so, guess have locally cache profile onto laptop then? , synchronize difference server when gets work each day?

also, have folder redirection gpo's setup on domain redirect desktops / documents / appdata / etc.. users computers profile folders on server.

yes, can caching users configuring roaming profile using folder folder redirection settings in gpo make achieve desired requirements. when user connected lan, file sync happen & gets updated data.
