RDP to domain Not working: domain either does not exist or could not be contacted.

hi started getting error msg when trying login servers joined onto our domain.

the error msg is:

the specified domain either not exist or not contacted.

the server can ping dc via ip , resolve hostname.

from dc got these errors , points dns not sure how resolve it:
