Vista 32bit can't find 32bit drivers but XP & 7 32bit can

i have hp 4200 installed on 2008r2 server using x64 pcl6 drivers. i've added 32bit drivers here have allowed win 7 & xp 32bit clients add printer without issues @ all. on vista however, following message "the server 'hp laserjet 4200 pcl 6' printer not have correct printer driver installed." idea why vista affected , resolve it?

i experience exact same issue myself...  suppose need use universal print driver time being?
