Tons of Security-SPP events in event log

since couple of days ago, 11 events these every 2 minutes.  other people in forum seem having problem nobody has found cause/solution yet.

running ws2008r2.  i tried reactivating; didn't help.  office not installed.  visual studio, sql server, biztalk installed.  everything seems working normally.

same problem.  ws 2008 r2, event log has 13,606 events, approx 7,322 "security-spp" , "information", spp service starting, stopping, checking licenses etc.  worst case every 5 minutes generates 5 messages.  help?  event logs full of noisy messages useful no event logs @ all.
