Controlling dynamic port assignment order, for outgoing connections

controlling overall dynamic port assignment range could done seems no way define order of dynamic port selection os outgoing connections.

measures state repetitive selection of same outgoing dynamic port whenever becomes free, , not using rest of available ports in round-robin or sequential manner.

any solution/advice in regards highly appreciated.

as far know, there several algorithm ephemeral port selection(dynamic port assignment). such simple port randomization algorithm, simple hash-based port selection, double-hash port selection algorithm, random-increments port selection.

there's no public or official statement algorithm windows system use, may due security consideration. while may learn related detailed information via reading rfcs:
