event id 2021 & 2012 source srv

i getting error on win web server 2008 r2 server. shared folders goes offline , shared folders on san.

event id 2021

the server unable allocate work item 2 times in last 60 seconds.

event id 2012

while transmitting or receiving data, server encountered network error. occassional errors expected, large amounts of these indicate possible error in network configuration. error status code contained within returned data (formatted words) , may point towards problem.

hi,

 

this problem may caused corrupt driver files, try update nic driver test. check if there new software or hardware change made in network, try change them narrow down cause if necessary.

if still occurs, better understand problem, please collect following information research:

1. when did issue start occur?
2. is there change made on system before problem? new hardware, new software or new network change?
3. could visit lost shares latter?
4. does problem occur on other system?
