Migration from SBS2003 to 2012 R2

hi all

my organization has sbs2003 server , migrating windows server 2012 r2 platform.

i've tried clean setup on virtual machine configuring fake domain , configuring exchange 2013. i've migrated without problem onto machine mail box old server , worked fine, i'm quite confident part of migration process should work.

long story short:

i've added new 2012r2 machine domain , promoted domain controller.

i cannot proceed because there's no replica old server new, once try shut down old server nothing related domain no longer working.

exhangesrv new server. tsmailsrv old one.

here expected find auto generated link old server. once try click "replicate configuration selected dc" popup shows.

i've tested dns seems working fine:

another significant test i've done 1 tell me no netlogon share found

does know can do?

 could check dns settings on new dc.dns needs point itself.also run "netdom query fsmo" make sure fsmo roles transfer new server.

 and run "ipconfig /all" on new dc,for check ip config.
