Excel 2010 64bit tuning under Xenapp 6

hi there am publishing desktop through xenapp 6 it's vmware virtual machine 2008 r2 12gb ram 4 vcpu's has office 2010 professional 64bit installed. noticing performance poor can 4 5 users on box without cpu taking real hammering , box slowing halt bad when running excel. have tuning tips office under xenapp 6?

for case, please using performance monitor monitor performance of server status, if ram or cpu loading high. can find process id causing problem.
