Offline Domain Controller Build

i looking for method can build ad dc's when not connected ad forest/domain. have vendor builds bunch of servers (vblock) which needs ad installed first. hence want vendor securely install copy of our ad , install other servers dependent on ad in premises , ship our datacenter. once these servers come our datacenter , plug them in , have replicated out.

is there secure way of doing this? may clone in windows server 2012?

would there issues doing domain joins offline built dc @ vendor premises?

currently, our issue every vblock shipped shipped separate ad forest pre-built, hence have islands of ad forests , getting difficult manage them. hence query.

you run dcpromo , use install media (ifm) option.
