Active Directory Rights Management System & SQL Server

hi guys,

know whether must have sql server installed when installing rms role on windows server. basic requirement implement on ms office products now. implemented sharing information between different organizations. i've mentioned ms office products (basically docs, spreadsheets, presentations..etc) now.

ideas on this?

i can find microsoft sql server listed in ad rms software requirements. more details, please refer technet article.

i have domain server windows 2000 sp4. my clients using win xp , win 98. when send messages computer management-shared folders-rightclick-all task-send message connected users, message received clients using winxp but not in  win 98 .how send them without winpopup  , net meeting. this forum windows server 2008.   check messenger service running on win98-clients.
