Tricky One - Windows 2003 Server and Multiple Hosts file

hi guru's,    have set windows 2003 server , access through screen   scraper (tarantella). when user logs in, want redirect host entry   called "demohost" paired machine.  want set host entry using   login script.      example, have 3 users, each logging in separately , concurrently.    if go command prompt , type ping demohost, should   pointing different ip addresses.    know there 1 host file in /etc/hosts directory, however,   there way either set specific host entries variables or have   user/session variable tell them use specific host file or able set variable called "demohost" acts host file indirection?    thanks!
