URGENT Help Needed - Repairing / re-install Windows 2008 R2 Domain Controller

hello,

yesterday have upgraded physical domain controller holds fsmo roles after reboot works fine. after shutdown server , boot again, cannot reach server nor server can reach anywhere. have tries several methods repair tcp/ip stack no use. whenever ping got error:

there error in release of interface: loopback    pseudo-interface 1 (the system can not find file specified.    operation failed no adapter state  operation allowed

ping: transmit failed, error code 1232.

i have updated interfaces drivers have added new interface still same. think best option repair windows. but, it's domain controller , need in here!!!!

i have adc in network holds dns , dhcp services. can make use of transfer/seize fsmo roles adc server , metadata cleanup clean existing physical domain controller?

your urgent needed please!!!

to safe, first transfer fsmo role working dc using below link. make sure healthy dc dns , gc server , clients/server/app pointing it. need move time server role. can troubleshoot,  if you, simple demote , promote back. if dc requires force removal need perform metadata cleanup too.

Cannot access Anywhere Access using domain name?

after installing anywhere access in windows server 2012 essentials r2, cannot use anywhere access using setup domain name in wizard such remote.mydomain.com? if enter public ip address, example, 72.2.34.5 works. before set anywhere access, created a record pointing public address...pinged , worked...so not sure doing wrong?  is wizard supposed create record etc , make remote.mydomain.com work? if enter public ip address while on lan, takes me router webpage.  shouldn't work on lan if accessed via public ip? thank you, tim. the wizard can configure remote.microsoft_names.com  remote.remotewebaccess.com but cannot configure domains purchased outside wizard.  depends on how domain configured if wildcard.yourdomain.com should work  if try ping remote.your_domain.com afar , not give proper  public ip, need add record mariette said. much have record domain.com www.domain.com , if have website somewhere else www.domain.com , need remote.domain.com go box gr

WMI Failure: Unable to update Local Resource Group
