PKI Setup

hi guys,

i need help/ideas. have single windows certificate authority (ca/dc- 2008 r2 server ) , ca began see lot more , need high availability (redundancy). i know moving forward required 2 tire pki setup.   

so best way move ca main dc , setup pki?

frankly, imo, better off starting on new 2 tier pki.
