Windows 2008 Consistent Failed Updates

i updated test box windows 2003 standard 2008 standard after my initial install , setup turned on automatic updates yet updates fail install time. click on error more information there no information error.  i error error_not_enough_quota, quota talking about?

here error when try install update:
