Windows server 2008 R2 keeps restarting itself randomly

does know why windows server 2008 r2, run vmware fusion keep restarting randomly? it says not genuine windows?

i checked event log, there errors regarding report server license expired, that??

the application domain windowsservice_0 failed start. error: microsoft.reportingservices.diagnostics.utilities.evaluationcopyexpiredexception: evaluation period instance of microsoft sql server reporting services has expired.  license required.
