WSUS errors on DC

hi,
 
i keep getting following errors on dc though wsus working properly. running wsus 3.0 on server 2003 sp2 r2. once errors appear, need reboot server page file runs out of memory. after reboot server works fine few days , errors reappear. appreciated

log entries various , several services "not working", when are, attributed wsus server being "relocated" port or virtual server after installation without using appropriate tools in wsusutil.exe doing so.

as result, health monitoring expects see resources on installed locations -- , they're not there.
