how know user name downloaded program in windows server 2008 , time of hour

hi,

to achieve goal, may set audit policy group policy.

i suggest try perform actions below.

1. joined server ou, create gpo in ou.
2. edit gp right-clicking gpo, select edit
3. double-click audit object access define these policy setting under computer configuration\windows settings\security settings\local policies\audit policy
4. to configure auditing specific file or folder begin right clicking on , selecting properties. in properties dialog, select security tab , click on advanced. in advanced security settings dialog select auditing tab
5. to add new users or groups access attempts select file or folder audited click add button access select user or group dialog. enter names of groups or users audit, or everyone to audit access attempts users. click on ok

you see information wat on event viewer.

since file download may stored multiple documents, should enable auditing on these documents.
