Hot to keep the inner style of some characters while change the whole text?

hi,

in text, wrote symbols :

      - sub/superscript

      - special font, bold, italic, underlined,

      - footnote number,

      .....

however, times , after complete writing, need change font style, size,.. of whole text, causes problem big problem me.

that converts footnote numbers, sub/superscripts normal inline text. style of spacial characters chenge take new style of whole document.

so, need huge effort search , find them re-write them in correct form again.

please me how overcome that??

if want apply global font changes, modify style used body text of document - normal style. should preserve character formatting applied parts of text.
