how powershell loads assemblies?

just messing around stuff, , wondering how powershell picks
what assemblies load.
 
why have times use reflection , other times can
directly access namespace. how go getting namespaces
that use reflection on accessible direct reference?

can give few examples?  powershell host configured load powershell development team intended load.  if search, seem remember posting command enum namespaces loaded.

server manager error: ADAM.events.xml could not be enumerated.
