printservice event id 322

hi guys,

our clients using citrix access published application , print server (clustered), both servers running windows ee 2008 r2 printers published through gpo. 

users complaining unable print on hp , ricoh printers. printer status shows "error-printing". have restart print spooler or restart printer itself. error occurs when access citrix , print published application.

also, check prinservice logs found error.

anybody knows how fix issue? thanks.

first of, did pre-installed printer driver on your xenapp farm ?

second, affect model it's me sign it's driver problem, isolation affect print queue driver. please check update driver if can.

check on hp website, list driver use printer on citrix server (http://www8.hp.com/h20195/v2/getdocument.aspx?docname=4aa0-8465enw)
