Build 10041 - Start Menu Not working, Can't switch user account, Can't see Windows 8.1 restore option, Shutdown button on Lock screen does not work

i have started windows 10 technical preview build 9926, later upgraded 10049.

start button not working @ all. after clicking on button 2 or 3 times search dialog.

can't see windows 8.1 restore option, @ startup saw in build 9926. have boot delay of 30s , disabled fast boot.

can't switch user account. don't have access start menu, using lock screen switch accounts. no matter account select goes local account.

there no shutdown button in os, nothing happens place/right-click mouse right corner of screen. available shutdown button on lock screen not work either. using command line shutdown or restart.

can't open settings app in os. clicking on network config. wizard times open settings app.

you seem have lot of issues 10049.

p.s. title says 10041. might want correct typo.

suggestions :

1. use link below  download build 10041 iso. use iso install 10041. see if run smoothly.

if need instruction on how install iso file, please post back.

2. while on 10041, go to  settings > recovery & update > advanced options > change ring setting slow.
why change slow ? build coming out slow ring more "refined , revised". have less issues same build coming out fast ring.
