Can't export printers to a file after adding a non Microsoft driver (Epson)

hello,

i'm installing our network printers under failover cluster. i've got problems export of  printers file after playing around non microsoft drivers , 32-bits ones (our servers 64-bits) ... i've started scratch, reinstalled cluster nodes using windows server 2008 enterprise 64 bits.

then, i've added cluster printer drivers included in windows server:

hp business inkjet 2230/2280 (3 printers)
hp laserjet 4050 series pcl 5 (2 printers)
hp laserjet 4250 pcl 5 (8 printers)
hp laserjet 4000 series pcl 5 (2 printers)
hp laserjet 2200 series pcl 5 (3 printers)
epson al-c4200 (5 printers)

after initial installation, can use wizard exporting printers, drivers, ports , monitors file without problems. creates 86.8mb .printerexport file.

then, need install 3 more printers: 2 epson al-cx21nf , 1 epson stylus photo 1400. i've started al-cx21nf. there aren't specific windows server 2008 drivers i've downloaded vista 64-bits version 2.0c epson page:

i've added printer in same manner others but, wizard doesn't detected suitable driver in windows, need use "have disk" button. browsed files extracted , selected inf file (epkbdche.inf):

the printer installed , cant print on without problems.

but, then, export wizard fails (the progress bar doesn't arrives @ end) , if try command line interface printbrm following:

in eventlog there aren't information problem (no warnings or errors, information messages), these 4 entries (that appeared when migration successful before install epson drivers).

no. haven't looked at. i've read article , process i'm doing same (with wizard or command line).

but, i've found problem don't how solve it. i'll explain problem knows , see if has idea.

i've used sysinternals process monitor file/registry activities while executing printbrm , i've seen tool tries backup file doesn't exist in cluster print server locally:

\\rohan\c$\windows\system32\e_l12040.dll

then, i've looked inf install file print driver , i've seen dll related language monitor installation copies locally (see flag 66002 in [destinationdir]). so doesn't exist in cluster print share.

i've tried modify inf file cutting lanmon_xp part copyfiles section windows server 2008 detects modification , says driver not signed , doesn't want install it.

so, solution epson solve problem file (not copying it, copying cluster print share, etc.) moment i know how printbrm knows must copy file. i've looked in registry i've not found anything.

if find in registry, deleting it, printbrm doesn't try backup file , process complete succesfully.

any idea?
