windows cannot connect to the domain

i have windows server 2003 domain controler , when workstation log on error message appear "windows can not connect domain ,either becayse domain contrloer down or otherwise unavilable"  how can solve problem ??

server manager error: ADAM.events.xml could not be enumerated.

EventID 7036 after ID 10029
