Server crashes/Turns off for no reason help

re-occuring problem thats happening between every 8-12 days.

yesterday happened when stopped sql service, iv replaced m/b, ram, raid, raid battery etc no luck, appriciated

please understand troubleshoot blue screen issues, need perform debugging. however, in forum, not provide debugging support. if perform debugging, please contact microsoft customer support service (css).
