Time on Server at DMZ Zone

hi

we have 3 servers in dmz , , server not connected internet , vm machines host esxi

all of them use server 2012 os.

my problem here time on server keeps change everyday , joined domain dc time.

i tried many things :

tmw32 source command , change time esxi , remove vm tools , disable time service ,

but same result after query : source local clock

can 1 , hope made self clear

the esxi not part of domain?

if yes, not sync time dc. configure computer sync time domain controller when communicate well.

how sync time workgroup machines external time source
