Migrating from SBS Server 2003 (SP2) to Windows Server 2008 standard edition/ Exchange Server 2010

i planning migrate windows server 2003 sbs with sp2 windows server 2008 standard edition/ exchange server 2010 week , in dare need of support here.

i have read , read migrating sbs 2003 server 2008/exchange 2007 but not sure if can use procedure migrate to windows server 2008 standard edition/ exchange server 2010. 

please guys appreciate 100% if can give me detailed steps of how accomplish major step in life of company little or no hiccup along way.

please has done migration recently?  what challenges met on way , how resolved?  also, effect on name of windows server 2008/ domain?  will new server/ domain still have same name or have choose new one?

server manager error: ADAM.events.xml could not be enumerated.
