Remote Desktop Connection Brokering with High Availability

we have tried on 2 clusters now: 4 blade w/san , 2 blade w/san on 2 totally independent networks run issue.

followed ms article http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff686148(ws.10).aspx pretty line line run issue @ step 4: #14-16 (page10).  step 14 goes well.  #14 able stop rdcb , rdcm services.  appears doing step #14 takes clustered services of rdcb , rdcm offline automatically.

we goto #16 , click bring services online.  rdcb comes online rdcm not.  way can come online manually start local rdcm services via services manager, click bring clustered rdcm online.

when fail these 2 services on new blade it stops both of local services on blade failing from.  if the rdcm running on new blade clustered rdcm will be online, if not clustered rdcm will not come online.

we have other weird issues, i'm pretty sure related, if virtual machine exists on lets say blade1 , both the rdcb and rdcm running on blade1 redirection virtual pc works fine if virtual machine being hosted blade2 message virtual pc not found.
