SBS 2008 WSUS - Exchange RU's show needed after installing RU7 and RU8 ?

any reason wsus show our sbs 2008 server needing exch 2007 sp3 ru1>ru6 these after ru 7 , ru 8 installed via manual download?

is answer presence denying them?

exactly. if ru 8 surely deployed manual superseding all other ru,then decline them.
