Send alert when RAM memory is low: Windows 2003

i want when fysical memory in server comes 90% send warning. can email of event-alert.
tried vbscript didn't find it.

has experience this? 

in w2k3 can use eventrigger trigger action. example can send message. messaging use free mailer blat. if relevant error id 333, eventrigger set error , blat send simple text message "error 333 occured".

alternatively can tune boot.ini parameter allow different memory usage  (/3gb) , prevent system low memory situations.

i have domain server windows 2000 sp4. my clients using win xp , win 98. when send messages computer management-shared folders-rightclick-all task-send message connected users, message received clients using winxp but not in  win 98 .how send them without winpopup  , net meeting. this forum windows server 2008.   check messenger service running on win98-clients.
