Can't see certain folders

i'm new admin running server 2008r2 on cisco hardware. user created subfolder , wanted special permissions folder. accessed server desktop, went "computer" folder , noticed can't locate it. there several folders can see if i'm looking on file server (i access via vpn) can't see these folders in such way can set permissions. appreciated.

you need contact user provide path created folders. can use them using windows explorer: of course, results might take long time shown if indexation disabled.

server manager error: ADAM.events.xml could not be enumerated.

i have domain server windows 2000 sp4. my clients using win xp , win 98. when send messages computer management-shared folders-rightclick-all task-send message connected users, message received clients using winxp but not in  win 98 .how send them without winpopup  , net meeting. this forum windows server 2008.   check messenger service running on win98-clients.
