Need help in SMB (445) file sharing and service

hi all

i have 3 servers in company , admin of servers. 

now enable smb files sharings of 1 server boss via sonicwal  and working perfect. can access files anywhere.

now problem there 1 folder in shares name " reports " create folder shortcut of 2nd erp server.

now boss can able access folders accept folder because shortcut of erp server.

how can give him access folder. tried opening port on erp server firewall (port 135-445) fail. gives error that 

"windows cannot access \\192.168.1.64\reports 
check spellings of name. otherwise there might problem network,
try identify , resolve network problems. click diagnose"

my boss has administrative rights why not able access other servers shortcut via smb. 

please me in because want me solve asap. 

thanks in advance. 

\\192.168.1.64\reports contains internal ip. can not work if boss outside of internal network. unless there vpn involved.

Cannot access Anywhere Access using domain name?

after installing anywhere access in windows server 2012 essentials r2, cannot use anywhere access using setup domain name in wizard such remote.mydomain.com? if enter public ip address, example, 72.2.34.5 works. before set anywhere access, created a record pointing public address...pinged , worked...so not sure doing wrong?  is wizard supposed create record etc , make remote.mydomain.com work? if enter public ip address while on lan, takes me router webpage.  shouldn't work on lan if accessed via public ip? thank you, tim. the wizard can configure remote.microsoft_names.com  remote.remotewebaccess.com but cannot configure domains purchased outside wizard.  depends on how domain configured if wildcard.yourdomain.com should work  if try ping remote.your_domain.com afar , not give proper  public ip, need add record mariette said. much have record domain.com www.domain.com , if have website somewhere else www.domain.com , need remote.domain.com go box gr
