Problem in Applying Wallpaper through GPO

hi,

i had applied gpo wallpaper. enable wallpaper through gpo, there blue background under every icon. please see below image

but when remove domain, icon looks ( means there no blue background under icon ) please see below image

please advice & let me know have done mistake.

is xp/2003 you're using? - please - switch bmp file
instead of using jpeg. xp cannot directly display jpg background
image, , afaik has side effects...
