Problem with window can not load window profile.

hi all,
using window server 2008 r2(runing terminal service) on hp server . usage of cpu , memory normal.
when logon server via rdp got message " the user profile service service failed logon user profile cannot loaded". when restart server can rid of . problem happen again when logon. if logon admin account i got message in event log " window cannot load users profile bus has logged on default profile system." seems corrupt may ntuser.dat file.
can address solution ?

i have domain server windows 2000 sp4. my clients using win xp , win 98. when send messages computer management-shared folders-rightclick-all task-send message connected users, message received clients using winxp but not in  win 98 .how send them without winpopup  , net meeting. this forum windows server 2008.   check messenger service running on win98-clients.
