WSUS with SCCM - Local GPO settings

i want move from wsus on own being integrated sccm 2012 r2 sp1.

in lab environment, have setup new wsus server on w2k12r2, configured server sup, and installed wsus console on primary site server (w2k8r2). have added few systems sccm clients group denies them access gpo configures wsus clients, can test clients wsus via sccm pilot. client settings have sup disabled, have configured new custom client device settings , deployed collection containing pilot clients. have confirmed these clients have software updates agent enabled, according components tab in configuration manager in  control panel.

the synchronisation working, , updates there in software library in sccm console.

my problem local gpo on these clients is not being configured. have read specify intranet microsoft update service location should automatically populated, remains not configured. can configure manually, that's not how it's supposed happen. can't work out i've missed.

any pointers appreciated.

thanks

ok, 2 days after setting up, local gpo configured without me doing else. odd

*everything* configmgr takes time. ad replication takes time, , gpo takes time+logoff+restart (depending on scenario). configmgr takes time ;)
