log in scripts won't run

i'm contacting today cause on domain i'm trying roll out login scripts thy don't seem run when following tutorial

this rns when computer starts or logs in
robocopy \\serveur\mdl\mdl\ d:\mdl\ /xo /mir, run when computer shuts down or logs off

and on group of computers have script run computers startup or login

the thing none of scripts i've tried adding pause double check didn't show up
when mannually run them run fine they copy there ment to
i able add login scripts useing gpo can control them easier
any appreciated
and if need more info please ask
if script runs manually shouldnt issue
