Desktop License Requirements

trying handle on license provisioning virtual desktop deployment. central location be running win2k8 r2 hyperv. deploy 15 windows 7 vms on hyperv for 20 remote workstations. workstations running xp pro oem without sa.

i recognize that i need following:

win2k server r2 standard hyperv
1 win2k8 cal each remote user

beyond looks need apply vda licenses each of remote xp machines because not have sa. believe not sure option upgrading xps  sa?

assuming vda or sa applied remote machines, needed vm side regard license and/or media type deployment of vms themselves?

this virtual desktop deployment only, accessed via rdp remote xps via ipsec vpn.

i better understanding of management tool licences. vdi license suite looks like the solution but it seems way out of reach pricewise if suite license required each desktop vm. clarification on appreciated. http://www.microsoft.com/windowsserver2008/en/us/licensing-terminal.aspx
