How do I remove ALL Metro/Modern/Universal/Windows Apps without removing the Start Menu?

so 3 separate builds of wtp i've run powershell command remove metro/modern/universal/windows apps. each build, removes start menu. in thread below, ms support person mentioned that command windows 8.x , shouldn't run on wtp. what? why command still available? and, why remove metro/modern/universal/windows apps, not others? marked system required? why isn't start menu marked system required? you'd think start menu pretty important.

so, start menu being xaml app, how safely remove metro/modern/universal/windows apps without removing start menu? have no use them , don't want them on computer. period. there has command 1 used in windows 8.x allow use remove metro/modern/universal/windows apps without removing start menu.

don't give answer "just right-click , uninstall". doesn't work of these things, , know how long takes of silly things? long! that's not practical enterprise desktop. it's not practical leave of junk on desktop, don't suggest either.

Cannot access Anywhere Access using domain name?

after installing anywhere access in windows server 2012 essentials r2, cannot use anywhere access using setup domain name in wizard such remote.mydomain.com? if enter public ip address, example, 72.2.34.5 works. before set anywhere access, created a record pointing public address...pinged , worked...so not sure doing wrong?  is wizard supposed create record etc , make remote.mydomain.com work? if enter public ip address while on lan, takes me router webpage.  shouldn't work on lan if accessed via public ip? thank you, tim. the wizard can configure remote.microsoft_names.com  remote.remotewebaccess.com but cannot configure domains purchased outside wizard.  depends on how domain configured if wildcard.yourdomain.com should work  if try ping remote.your_domain.com afar , not give proper  public ip, need add record mariette said. much have record domain.com www.domain.com , if have website somewhere else www.domain.com , need remote.domain.com go box gr
