lusrmgr.msc on domain controller

i understand dcs not have "local users , groups".

however, if open lusrmgr.msc (alternatively, control panel -> user accounts) on dc, users tab lists accounts in domain.

i'm curious logic here is.  are these accounts listed actual domain account?  what going on here?  why shown?

what’s os version of dc? can reproduce on dcs?

i can’t reproduce scenario since when run “lusrmgr.msc” or run “control panel -> user accounts” error: computer xxx domain controller. snip-in cannot used on domain controller. domain accounts managed active directory users , computers snap-in.

you cannot use local users , groups view local user , group accounts once member server has been promoted domain controller.
