need advice with server hardware specs.

i need run 25 virtual instances using vmware , not sure on specifications should have on host machine/s, or if should split them , purchase 2 or 3 host machines.  there need room expansion in future.  running iam, databases, ad, exchange, aris , proarc name few.  data needed stored, how data uncertain of thinking more storage space better hehe.  used live "test" environment. advice appreciated.
