Clients disconnect from file services on Windows 2008 R2

i installed 2008 r2 server replace ten year old server running windows 2003. brought in own domain , migrated clients on joining new domain. everthing working okay, 1 exception. clients leave workstations on @ night can remotely log them work after hours using "gotomypc". issue running during night looks getting "logged off" network because can not access network drives or can remap. unless log off log in. fine. there timeout associated sharing on windows 2008 r2 or within active directory itself. had been doing years old server without troubles. ideas? not sure post share issue or ad issue, decided try here first.

what related event error can found in event viewer?

 

according problem description, issue can caused mrxsmb10.sys driver, if server message block (smb) protocol in use.

 

based on current situation, suggest download , install following hotfix check result:

 

you cannot access remote server shares files , printers using smb protocol computer running windows server 2008 r2 or windows 7
