NAP DHCP 0 or 30% not updating. Client Component error

hi all,

i have configured nap-dhcp integrated sccm. have win xp sp3 machine. few clients have started getting issues nap updating. configuration manager system health validator stuck @ 30% nad not updating all. have troed keeping machine idle 1-2 hours, still issue remain same. pfb logs smssha.log:
