Seeing who has access to domain dfs shares via computer management>shared folders>open files


we having file open access issue on our development dfs environment. have dfssrv1 , dfssrv2 on domain.local. our dfs namespace domain namespace not standalone. under covers there share \\domain.local\environment\data\images, storybooks, content, uploads, diagnostics. each of folders or folders under 1 of other folders possibly folder target. in case particular environment accessed through domain dfs share \\domain.local\environment\data..... , having issues updating data in dfs share. error while trying edit files "because being used process". there way see has files open on through dfs share or have go file server hosting target of folder dfs displaying on dfs share.

hi,

in open files, should provide user name locked file. , use mmc - shared folders snap-in connect target file server close open file.

meanwhile, file locking caused application such security program. test tool "handle.exe" on target server see if help.
